Shipping & Delivery
Shipping charges
For supported destinations, the following rates apply in US dollars:
- Fast Shipping: US$5.99 for an order subtotal below US$45.
- Free Shipping: for an order subtotal of US$45 or more.
The qualifying subtotal is calculated after discounts and before taxes and shipping charges. Available destinations, services and final charges are displayed at checkout before payment.
Order processing
Orders are prepared after payment confirmation. Processing takes place before carrier collection and is separate from transit time. If a delay affects preparation of your order, we will contact you using the details provided at checkout.
Delivery estimates
Delivery estimates depend on the destination and available carrier service. Refer to any estimate provided at checkout or in your dispatch notification.
Estimates are not guaranteed arrival dates. Customs clearance, weather, seasonal demand, carrier disruptions and address issues may affect delivery.
Tracking
Tracking details are provided when available. Allow time for the carrier to register its first scan. Contact us if tracking stops progressing or your parcel has not arrived within the stated estimate.
Address corrections
Check your delivery address before ordering. Email service@tezrul.com promptly with your order number if a correction is needed. Changes depend on the fulfillment stage and cannot be guaranteed after dispatch.
Customs duties and taxes
Unless collected at checkout or stated otherwise, applicable import duties, taxes and customs fees are payable by the recipient. These charges are determined by the destination authorities.
Delivery concerns
If your parcel arrives damaged, contains an incorrect item or is missing an item, contact us with your order number and a description of the issue. Photographs of the packaging and contents are helpful where available.
If tracking shows delivery but you cannot locate the parcel, contact us so we can help investigate with the carrier and explain the available resolution.
