Product information and compatibility

Review the selected product's supported device models, materials, installation method and included components before purchase. Compatibility may depend on the earbud generation and charging-case version, not only its appearance.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, products are external covers or decorative accessories, not electronic charging cases. Earbuds, charging cases, cables and attachments shown in photographs are included only when expressly listed.

Wireless charging, magnetic charging, port access and protective features apply only where confirmed for the specific product and device combination.

Lighting and screen settings may affect color appearance, but this does not affect your rights if an item is materially different from its description. Contact us before purchase if an essential detail is missing.

Prices and payment

The transaction currency, product prices, discounts, shipping charges and any taxes collected by the store are displayed at checkout before payment. Your bank or payment provider may apply separate conversion charges or fees.

Orders and availability

Orders are subject to availability, payment verification and acceptance. Provide accurate billing, delivery and contact information.

If we cannot fulfill an order or identify a material pricing or description error, we will contact you to explain the available options. We will obtain your agreement before making a material change to an existing order. Payments collected for canceled items will be refunded to the original payment method.

Changes and cancellations

Email us promptly with your order number if you need to change or cancel an order. Whether the request can be completed depends on the fulfillment stage. This does not affect applicable statutory cancellation rights.

Installation and care

Follow the instructions supplied with the specific cover. Do not force installation, obstruct charging ports or apply adhesives or modifications unless directed by the product instructions.

Damage caused by misuse or installation contrary to the supplied instructions may not qualify as a product fault. This does not remove your rights concerning defective goods, incorrect supplied instructions or inaccurate compatibility information.
